Arenal Kioro Hotel

The modern club resort was built in 2000 and completely renovated in 2005. It comprises a total of 52 rooms of which 10 are elegant suites. Guests are offered use of wonderful gardens, a terrace as well as a vast lobby with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a cosy bar, a cafe, a newspaper stand, several shops, a TV room, an Internet terminal and a restaurant, where guests are able to enjoy the culinary delights. Guests may also make use of the in-house laundry and room services. Those arriving by car can take advantage of the hotel garage facilities.This hotel is located in San Carlos approximately 10 km to the north east of La Fortuna and in the immediate vicinity of the majestic Arenal volcano. Located amidst 11 hectares of grounds and affording a breathtaking view of the Arenal volcano, the hotel is surrounded by the La Palma and Kioro streams, which flow into the national park. Two paths with identified plant species are to be found in the surrounding area. The delightful thermal springs lie some 3 km away.The elegant rooms come with a wheelchair accessible en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a double bed, a balcony or terrace as well as a minibar and a hire safe. The air conditioning is individually adjustable. The suites also include a king-size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, 2 terraces with wonderful panoramic views, a secure door lock and an exit card.In the grounds there is a swimming pool and a sun terrace.
